Anxiety 101 Workshop

Anxiety is skyrocketing for our Bay Area teens. We want to give them tools that work.

This 2 hour virtual workshop for high school aged teens will:

  • Explain the anxiety cycle

  • Teach practical ways to understand emotions

  • Learn research-backed coping skills to regulate anxiety

  • Build self-confidence

The workshop will combine some teaching elements with breakout discussions and experiential elements. Teens will practice coping skills, explore self-compassion and strengths-based strategies, and gain tools they can begin using immediately at school, at home, and with peers.

The anxiety workshop is geared for teens (ages 14-18) who want to build their anxiety toolkit. As a virtual offering, any California based teen is welcome to join.
